Area Shopping Overview

Avenues Mall
At I-95 and U.S. 1 at Southside Boulevard.
The Avenues Mall is one of the best shopping addresses in Jacksonville. With its open, airy atmosphere, The Avenues hosts 160 specialty shops and fine department stores, including Belk, Dillard’s, JCPenney, Parisian and Sears. Find out about MallPerks and mall VIP Visa cards at the Customer Service Center. Open daily.

Centre Street
Bayside in Fernandina Beach, at the north end of Amelia Island.
This tree-lined shopping street is reminiscent of an old seaport, with old warehouses and charming saloons interspersed with truly upscale shopping. Enjoy fine dining overlooking the water.

Historic San Marco
Downtown on San Marco Square (a continuation of Atlantic Boulevard between Hendricks Avenue and Prudential Drive), just blocks from the Southbank of the St. Johns River.
This charming shopping area has a cobblestoned main street with many fine restaurants and cafes, galleries and gift boutiques, including a jewelry store, cigar shop, day spa, candy store, movie theater and playhouse.

The Jacksonville Landing
Located downtown on the Northbank Riverwalk.
This festival marketplace features fabulous shopping at 50 retailers, dining at seven full-service restaurants and nine food court merchants, as well as live entertainment and TILT’s Ostrich Landing family amusement center.

The Shoppes of Ponte Vedra

This upscale center has 24 shops that range from women’s apparel to exclusive home accessories to a create-your-own-pottery studio. For your appetite, the center offers a French bistro and an international pasta restaurant.

Belz Factory Outlet World
I-95 at State Road 16, Exit 95.
Belz Factory Outlet World features 65 direct outlet stores filled with some of the biggest name-brand merchandise around, all at savings of up to 75 percent. The extensive shopping center also houses a great food court and an automatic teller machine for your convenience. Plenty of free parking is available.

Sawgrass Village Shopping Center
Hwy. A1A, four miles south of J. T. Butler Blvd., in Ponte Vedra Beach.
At the entrance to the TPC course, across from the Sawgrass Marriott, this delightful group of shops meanders around a beautiful lake setting. There are boutiques offering the latest in fashion resort wear, golf equipment, jewelry, cigars, toys and gifts. Take in the lovely scenery from one of the fine restaurants or the coffeehouse.

The Shops of Historic Riverside Avondale
On St. Johns Avenue between Talbot and Engleside Avenues
Located in one of Florida’s oldest and most elegant residential areas, many dating back to the 1920s, the Shops of Historic Riverside Avondale offer the timeless charm of 60 specialty shops and upscale boutiques, galleries, children’s stores and gifts, plus a wide selection of fine dining. There’s outstanding antiquing a few blocks south on St. Johns Avenue and in the Five Points district east of Riverside Avondale.
